Lack of Sleep Gives You the ?Munchies?

Many studies in the past have shown a strong relationship between sleeping & staying thin. People who don’t get enough sleep have a tough time staying skinny & researchers from the University of Chicago have figured why…they say people who sleep fewer hours each night have higher levels of a molecule which stimulates appetite. Sleep less=get fluffy, sleep more=be thin…yet when you’re sleeping more, you’re not up to eat so shouldn’t we be losing instead of gaining while we sleep?
